Dr. Joshua Sherman, MD, the visionary behind KidCierge Pediatric Care, leads as the Chief KidCierge Physician. With dual board certifications in Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine, Dr. Josh brings a profound depth of expertise to his role.
Boasting two decades of pediatric experience, he is adept at caring for infants, children, and young adults up to 26 years old, ensuring a comprehensive range of care for all stages of childhood and early adulthood.
Before establishing KidCierge Pediatric Care, a specialty concierge pediatric practice, Dr. Sherman significantly contributed to PM Pediatric Urgent Care of California. Here, he excelled first as the Medical Director for the Los Angeles and Tarzana branches and then as the Regional Medical Director for Southern California before advancing to the Vice President of Clinical Operations.
Throughout his tenure, Dr. Sherman was instrumental in the growth and operational excellence of the organization. He played a pivotal role in site development, maintained high standards of consistency and excellence, and was heavily involved in overseeing clinical operations, quality initiatives, education, and training programs.
Renowned for his dedication and compassionate care, Dr. Sherman has earned numerous accolades and is deeply cherished by colleagues, parents, and, most importantly, the children he treats.
Before his tenure at PM Pediatrics, Dr. Joshua Sherman was a distinguished member of the Pediatric Emergency Department faculty at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. His dedication to excellence in emergency care earned him the position of Associate Director of Quality Improvement for Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Sherman also played a crucial role as the emergency medicine representative on the trauma committee at Children’s Hospital, significantly enhancing the care for patients with traumatic injuries.
In addition to his clinical roles, Dr. Sherman shared his knowledge and expertise as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Southern California’s Keck School of Medicine. There, he led innovative research studies, including pioneering a Virtual Reality training program for physicians. His tenure in academia was marked by accolades for his exceptional contributions to resident teaching and his commitment to hospital-wide service excellence.
On a personal note, Dr. Sherman enjoys the company of his family, which includes his wonderful wife, who is an accomplished pediatrician in her own right, their three amazing children, and a beloved dog.
